Jonah Bayer is a licensed therapist in Massachusetts. His clinical work is informed by ACT, DBT and EMDR interventions. His speciality is working with bands, musicians and creative teams on well-being and communication skills.

Jonah is also a longtime musician and journalist whose writing has appeared in Rolling Stone, Travel + Leisure, SPIN and Stereogum. He is also the guitarist in the screamo act United Nations.

He currently co-hosts the weekly podcast “How Did We Get Weird?” with his sister Vanessa Bayer on the All Things Comedy network.
